One of our amazingly creative services users, Simon, has been encouraged by his occupational therapist to do reflective drawings and paintings. Simon has an Acquired Brain Injury and has always been interesting in painting and drawing. He uses his talent and passion for art to produce reflective drawings that also help him with his memory.
In the video below Simon gives us an insight into his artwork, which he really enjoys, and touches on how this helps him. He always likes to add plenty of humour to them too!
You can find out more about Simon and his support worker Kirsty in our ‘Day in the life’ video.
We would like to thank Simon for helping us make this video, and, of course, Simon’s whole support team that help him to live his life as independently as possible.
