The ‘gender pay gap’ is the difference in average earnings between women and men. Employers with more than 250 staff must report their organisation’s gender pay gap. We have been reporting gender pay gap data since April 2022.
This data indicates the difference in average hourly earnings and bonuses paid to male and female employees.
