Complex care

We take a holistic approach to complex care, we understand people have unique requirements. We take the time to get to know our service users and their families, to ensure we fully understand not only their clinical requirements, but equally their individual interests, hobbies, likes and dislikes.

Changing lives, one at a time

Our highly experienced care teams are equipped to support a wide range of complex care needs – from spinal injury to brain injury, degenerative and congenital conditions. Through our nurse-led, tailored approach to care, we make sure our service users can remain living in the comfort of their own home.

Our focus always remains solely on providing a responsive, specialist care service that not only meets, but consistently exceeds, expectations. We can provide complex care for all ages to support them with a variety of tasks.

The care we provide for you

At the heart of our care provision is our team of highly skilled and compassionate nurses and healthcare assistants, dedicated to providing clinical excellence to anyone who seeks our services.

Our complex care packages

Our care packages are built by you and are designed to meet your needs. The care delivered can be at home, at work, on holiday, at university or wherever you need it to be. We can be engaged at any stage of your journey, from the first point of discharge to home and onwards.

1:1 or 2:1 24-hour complex care or nurse led support

We provide visits which range from seven hours through to live-in care and twenty four hour nursing care, as well as offering care to young people, encouraging their independence.

Specialist bespoke complex care packages

Our aim is to give clients and their loved one’s both choice and independence. We want to ensure that the care HASCS provide is of the highest quality by investing in our care team’s professional development and training. We want to ensure that every package of care we provide is safe and contributes to overall personal and healthcare needs and preferences. Finally, we want our service users to feel confident in the care we provide.

Waking night or sleeping support

Simply put, the difference between sleeping night care and waking night care is that whilst both are there to help you overnight, a sleeping night carer will sleep during the quieter moments.

University, work or educational support

With our support, you can maintain, or enhance your daily routines. As well as providing care within your home, we will also attend education alongside you or support your rehabilitation back to education.

Speak to our care professionals for comprehensive care solutions tailored to your needs

We welcome referrals from case management teams, local authorities, NHS Trusts and integrated care boards, charities as well as directly from the home and family. Upon referral, our team will contact you, where they can talk you through the entire process and guide you through each stage, as well as answering any questions you may have.
