How do I arrange a care service with HASCS?

Contact us today to speak with a Clinical Specialist. We will be able to talk you through the entire process and guide you through each stage, as well as answering any questions you may have.

What conditions do you work with?

We work with a vast range of conditions and specialise in a large number of complex care conditions. You can read about some of these conditions here, or get in touch with us to discuss how we can assist your specific needs.

What is complex care?

A client that requires complex care will have significant, ongoing health care needs. Sometimes, this is referred to as continuing care or long-term care. Usually, someone receiving complex care will have one or more chronic conditions or disabilities.

What are your values?

HASCS was born through a vision of a truly nurse led complex care company, offering unique and outstanding services to those seeking exceptional care at home. As a company, we highly value trust, transparency, integrity, empathy and clinical excellence. Being able to provide exceptional care for all is our true passion.

Will I have the same team every day?

We understand how intrusive having a care team in your home can be, so we build your care team around your specific needs and values. These highly-skilled and fully trained professionals will work with you regularly to build trust and a great working relationship on your terms. Your support, your team, your choice.

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

The simplest way to discuss our rates of pay and payment options is by speaking with a referral consultant, who can give you a breakdown of figures. Some people are entitled to help with fees from their local council or other Government grants, such as personal health budgets or NHS Continuing Healthcare.

What is continuing healthcare / complex care & who is eligible?

Clients receiving complex care have substantial and ongoing healthcare needs. These can be the result of chronic illness, disabilities or following hospital treatment. Complex care is sometimes referred to as long-term care or continuing care. You may be eligible for continuing health care if you meet the NHS criteria.
