What is complex care?

A client that requires complex care will have significant, ongoing health care needs. Sometimes, this is referred to as continuing care or long-term care. Usually, someone receiving complex care will have one or more chronic conditions or disabilities.

What are your values?

HASCS was born through a vision of a truly nurse led complex care company, offering unique and outstanding services to those seeking exceptional care at home. Will I have the same team every day?

We understand how intrusive having a care team in your home can be, so we build your care team around your specific needs and values. These highly-skilled and fully trained professionals will work with you regularly to build trust and a great working relationship on your terms. Your support, your team, your choice.

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

The simplest way to discuss our rates of pay and payment options is by speaking with a referral consultant on 03300 020 773, who can give you a breakdown of figures. Some people are entitled to help with fees from their local council or other Government grants, such as personal health budgets or NHS Continuing Healthcare.

What is continuing healthcare / complex care & who is eligible?

Clients receiving complex care have substantial and ongoing healthcare needs. These can be the result of chronic illness, disabilities or following hospital treatment. Complex care is sometimes referred to as long-term care or continuing care. You may be eligible for continuing health care if you meet the NHS criteria.
